Practical information on the hunts
Application:
Please send us the filled in application form or call our office and inform our colleagues on your requests.
If you wish, we can provide you with the offer of any hunting location without any legal obligation. In case you accept the offer, all you have to do is to send us the personal particulars of the hunters (name, passport no., no. of the firearm licence or hunting licence).
Contract:
According to the above, we prepare the hunting contract. In case you agree, you have to send it back to our office after signing. Pursuant to the signed hunting contract, your booking shall be considered as valid.
According to the Hunting contract we send an invitation to the participants. With this letter you are entitled to transport your firearm to the territory of Hungary legally.
There is no obligation to pay any kind of duty upon entering the country.
We forward to you the instructions how to get to the hunting location, with a map as attachment. We book first class accommodation close to the hunting location.
Our colleagues will wait for you at the hunting location in order to specify your schedule.
In case you arrive by airplane, upon your request we can provide transfer from the airport to the hunting location.
Financial settlement:
After the hopefully successful days of hunting you have to fill in the shot chart with the official hunter of the hunting location. This document contains the list of game animals and your requested services. Based on this document Nomád Hunting Kft. will prepare the invoice.
The amount shall be determined in euros, and the payment will have to be effected in cash.
The published price list is for information purposes only as the prices of the different hunting locations may differ. We maintain the right to change the prices.
